ActiveReaction is very careful with your data and considers data protection security measures as top priority
ActiveReaction prioritises data security protocols
ActiveReaction stores collected data as securely as possible and has taken the appropriate organisational
and technical measures to comply with the European
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
such as (but not limited to):
ActiveReaction processes all data on fully-owned hardware, which means that we have full control over our servers; third parties have no access to them.
The ActiveReaction servers are located in the fully certified (ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001 and NEN7510) DC2 Data Centre in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. KPN (the previously state-owned Dutch Telecommunications Service Provider) and XS4ALL (a leading Dutch Internet Service Provider) deploy much of their hardware there too.
The data centre is operated on a 24/7 service and has round-the-clock physical access security using fingerprinting techniques,
making unauthorised access to the data centre impossible.
ActiveReaction does not encourage nor accept any client data to be sent via e-mail.
Instead, we strongly advise our clients to use our secure
ActiveReaction Data Rooms,
which allows members to securely upload and download (sensitive) data to and from their assigned room(s).
This data exchange method strongly diminishes the risk of client data being read or intercepted by unwanted parties.
