TIM-Online-panel for radio & television research

ActiveReaction and Klapper Communications have composed
a representative access panel dedicated to radio and television research. This panel is strictly separated from people participating in other methods of Internet research. The size of the Dutch panel is approximately 6000 people of 16 years and older. They form our 'jury' and are spread out across the entire country. It is an actively and professionally managed panel which is continuously updated. The percentage of active participants is 90%.

Private panels

It is also possible to use private panels consisting of, for example, your own customers, board members, employees, subscribers or prospects.

Demographics

Some of the demographic attributes we register are: name, address, city of residence, age, highest completed education, work/profession, home/family situation, whether responsible for shopping, radio and television viewing preferences and Internet usage. But we can also include other demographic variables that might be important to your project in the selection of your target audience.

Security & data integrity

Panel members have secure access to your research material, i.e. they can only watch your material via secured and personal login code procedures. If required, we can deploy Digital Rights Management (DRM) protection with your content (e.g. for pilot testing). Participants who have not actively participated or have not completed the whole project are discarded from the final dataset.
